We put a lot of care into ensuring that your treasures are shipped to you safely. We aim to process and ship orders out within 1-3 days. Delivery will then range from 2 to 7 days, depending on your location and shipping method.
To keep you in the loop during the entire shipping process, we provide you with tracking information for your order. Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you the tracking details via email. This way, you can easily track your items and stay informed about their expected arrival date. All sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Our collection consists of unique pieces, and we try our best to ensure that each piece finds its forever home. DAMAGED ITEMS
We always provide the utmost love and care when packing your treasures to ensure they are well protected during transit, using secure packaging to protect each item. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.
In the rare event that this has happened, we'll do our absolute best to make it right. Simply reach out to us within 3 days of your receiving your items with a photo and description of the damage and we'll work together to resolve the issue. Your happiness is extremely important to us, and we'll do our absolute best to ensure you have a positive experience.
Please keep in mind that our crystals are natural products and they may contain small inclusions and irregularities, this does not make them faulty, rather perfectly imperfect as nature intended.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may find yourself needing to cancel your order. On this occasion, please make sure to get in touch with us within 2 hours. This allows us to intercept and cancel your order before it has been packed and sent off.
